I had an idea of what we wanted, but didn’t know what would work best with our backyard. Shannon met with me to discuss various ideas. We looked through catalogs and pictures and talked about options. Shannon then put together a plan and a quote and worked with me until we had a solution that fit both our wishes and our budget. The installers were meticulous, as well as polite. When they were done, they cleaned up the area and replaced sod so that everything looked complete. Shannon listened to our vision for our backyard and designed a layout that not only matched but surpassed our needs for an outside entertainment space. We requested a very detailed bid for the project and Omaha Turf Management remained substantially below the competition while maintaining a high level of quality in the material used as well as meeting out tight deadlines.

Omaha Turf Management began the project on time. The staff and workers were professional and pleasant to deal with. Matt (project manager) was available onsite for the majority of the project and responded immediately to calls via phone or SMS. After the project began, we made some minor changes and major additions to the design. Matt was able to provide immediate feedback and incorporate these changes without issues or delays in our timelines. As the project progressed, Matt made some suggestions that would improve the overall feel of the space. He said he had the material at the shop and would do the work at no extra cost to us.

There was a lot of construction work and material movement involved which destroyed parts of our lawn. Omaha Turf Management made sure to replace those areas after the work was completed so that it appeared that they were never there. They made sure to address any issues and concerns to our satisfaction. The project was completed on time without any hidden costs.
